In terms of specifications, our company mainly produces products between28mm-65mm. Other size can be customized and processed according to the drawings or samples provided by the customers.The number of carbides is 4-8, with a size of 7mm-9mm and a taper of 7 or 11 degrees.
On the forging, our company uses 35CrNiMoV mark of steel. After heat treatment, the carbide is embedded on the bit body through cold extrusion. So the button bits have superior performance and
significantly improved service life.
