SUPERDRILL Tricone bits come in several different varieties, and can deal with a wide range of different rock formations. Most tricone bits are either Mill Tooth bits, or TCI bits (TCI stands for Tugnsten Carbide Insert), and there is an ideal tricone bit for soft, medium, or hard rock formations.
SUPERDRILL mill tooth/steel tooth tricone bit types are available in sizes ranging from 3 7/8″ to 32″. The wear-resistant material is applied to weld the tooth surface of the bit, which can maintain the high penetration rate of the steel tooth tricone bit and improve the life of the cutting tooth of the bit. From soft to hard, many formations are available and upon request can be jetted, skirted or center holed to your specifications.
